Responsibilities

1. Work closely with CSOs, community leaders, Gram Panchayats, small and marginal farmers and state and district agriculture department and other line departments for achieving the outputs.
2. Coordinate with the CSO field team and other local actors to ensure project delivery.
3. Contribute towards ongoing and new research activities including conducting surveys, focus group discussions, primary measurements and installations.
4. Work with agri universities, KVKs and farmers to understand local cropping systems, agriculture practices, soil health, agricultural information dissemination networks and associated challenges farmers face towards realizing optimum farm income.
5. Excellent Kannada reading, writing, and speaking skills. This is mandatory.

Location: Devdurga in Raichur district.

Compensation: The salary will be commensurate with the skills and experience.
