Navitha Varsha is a Research Associate with the Rural Futures programme at WELL Labs.

Navitha has around 9 years of experience across diverse sectors. Her background spans the semiconductor industry, where she focused on design engineering and human resource analytics, and the social sector, where she focused on education and wellness initiatives. Passionate about working with youth communities, Navitha also runs a non-profit initiative that fosters environmental awareness through interactive games.

Navitha holds a double master’s degree: one in Environmental Studies (Conservation Practice) from ATREE-TDU and another in Psychology (Industrial) from IGNOU. Additionally, she has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from NITTE, Bangalore.
