Position Overview

We are seeking a Motion Graphic Design Intern to help bring our stories to life through movement. This role focuses on the intersection of audio and video, specifically supporting our digital storytelling and podcasting efforts. You will be responsible for creating dynamic motion assets that increase engagement across our social media channels.

Job Location: Bengaluru 

Type of Engagement: Full-time internship

Responsibilities

1. Podcast Promotion: Work closely with the content and design team to create engaging motion graphics for reels to be shared across social media platforms.
2. Video Assets: Design and animate overlays, lower thirds, and transitions for our video library.
3. Motion Library: Contribute to the development of a reusable motion asset library (templates, animated icons, etc.).
4. Visual Storytelling: Use animation to simplify research or complex topics for a general audience.
5. Technical Optimisation: Ensure all video exports are optimised for different platforms (9:16 for Reels/Shorts, 16:9 for YouTube).

Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

2. Understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, and squash/stretch).

3. Experience working with audio files and syncing visuals to sound.

4. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
