Bengaluru’s water problems may sometimes seem contradictory. Stories of drying borewells and lakes compete with complaints about flooded streets.
Clearly, Bengaluru needs an integrated water management plan. However, some immediate questions that emerge are: where is Bengaluru’s water, how much is there and in what condition?
