Job Location: Bengaluru (hybrid)
Period of Engagement: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Talent Recruitment and Management
• Oversee and manage the entire recruitment, selection and onboarding process.
• Implement performance management systems that align with organisational objectives and foster high performance and employee development. - Training and Development
• Identify skill gaps and organisational development needs, setting up training programmes to address these.
• Develop talent management strategies that focus on capacity building within the organisation.
• Promote leadership development and succession planning to ensure the organisation has strong future leadership. - Employee Relations and Engagement
• Ensure internal communications within the organisation so that all employees feel heard.
• Create processes for rewards and recognitions to celebrate wins (beyond promotions). - Technology and Innovation
• Leverage technology to improve HR functions such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Promote the use of innovative HR tools and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Internship and Volunteer Programme
• Streamline the internship programme at WELL, ensuring onboarding, compliance and exit
• Track the community of WELL Labs intern alums. - Compliance and Risk Management
• Keeps the organisation updated on any changes in labour laws, office laws and implements necessary changes in HR policies and practices.
Qualifications, Experience and Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA in a related field is an added advantage.
- Proven working experience of minimum 5 years as an HR professional or related experience.
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of standard corporate HR policies and procedures.
