Avinash is an Agricultural Engineer currently serving as a Field Coordinator for the Jaltra Project at WELL Labs in the Jalna District of Maharashtra. He possesses strong expertise in soil and water conservation measures and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Remote Sensing and GIS with a specialization in Agriculture and Soils. During his PGD, he conducted project work on land suitability classification, further honing his skills in geospatial analysis.

Avinash is particularly interested in Soil and Water Conservation Engineering (SWCE), water harvesting, and precision agriculture, areas where he aims to contribute through innovative and sustainable practices.
