Clinton is a hydrogeologist, GIS specialist, and generative AI enthusiast. He has five years’ work experience across India, Nepal, Bhutan, and the Netherlands. By pairing field investigations with open‑source GIS, Python automation, and AI‑driven workflows, he aims to translate complex hydrological data into clear, practical guidance for grassroots partners.

Before joining WELL Labs, Clinton supported global groundwater assessments at the International Groundwater Resources Assessment Centre (IGRAC) in Delft and served as a technical resource on springshed development and environmental resilience throughout the Hindu Kush Himalayas, covering seven mountain countries.

Clinton holds two Master’s degrees—an MSc in Geology from Savitribai Phule Pune University and an MSc in Water & Sustainable Development from IHE Delft. He welcomes opportunities to collaborate with researchers, NGOS, and technology teams committed to community‑centred water solutions.
