Communications & Development

Nabina Chakraborty is part of the Communications & Development team at WELL Labs.

She is a filmmaker–producer with over five years of experience in the documentary and development sectors. Previously, she worked with the Indian Institute for Human Settlements as a video associate. After completing her master’s degree from Jamia Millia Islamia, she contributed to the documentary ‘Invisible Demons’.

Additionally, she has worked on various freelance projects as a video researcher, editor, and producer. She has also co-produced and co-directed a short film titled ‘Happy Birthday’. Her interests lie at the intersection of media, research, ecology, and sociology. In her spare time, she enjoys watching films, cooking shows, and going for walks.
