Smita leads the Green Rural Economy project at WELL Labs.

Smita has nine years of experience in analytics consulting, sales and entrepreneurship. She made a leap into the social impact space with the launch of her ethical fashion brand focused on empowering the maker and consumer of fashion. Later, she led regional sales at Sattva Consulting where she established her region’s CSR portfolio and developed strategic partnerships with foundations in affordable healthcare and skill development.

Smita holds a BE (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani. She is an Erickson-accredited solutions-focused coach who works with new entrepreneurs and professionals in work-life design. She loves to watch world cinema, draw comics and play basketball in her downtime.
