Susan is the Research Administrator at WELL Labs and working as a Project Coordinator for the STEWARDS project.

She started her career with ATREE in 2013. With over ten years of expertise in heading project activities, from conceptualisation to execution and completion, she has worked in highly collaborative, multinational, interdisciplinary, and scientific environments, especially in the field of hydrology. Some of the projects she has worked on include establishing conservation reserves in the North-East India, establishing hydrological instrumented sites in the Western Ghats, and capacity building programmes. At WELL Labs she has been working closely with the different initatives under the FCDO-UKAID funded STEWARDS and USAID funded REAL Water Project.

She holds a doctorate degree in Environmental Sciences from the Department of Ecology and Environmental Science, Pondicherry University.
